“ This is my go-to comfort food every weekend! As a Saigonese, I think Pho Duy serves one of the best bowls of pho that truly stay true to the taste of Saigon. The broth isn’t heavy on herbs which some may prefer but for me, the heart and soul of the bowl comes from the beef bones, giving it a unique and delicious flavor. The portions are quite generous, sometimes too big for me, but you can buy a container for $1 or bring your own lunch box to take some home. Bring cash for sure! Highly recommend! ”

“ Feels like you entered a viet family home eating a warm, comforting bowl of soup thats a big hug Cash only. Big bowl of beef or chicken pho for $19 (or +$5 if you're sharing). Very clean tasty soup. Chicken was my favorite with the running chicken meat with has a different bite. Beware it comes with lots of bones Would come back if in the area and highly recommend ”

“ This is definitely one of my favorite Vietnamese restaurants. The food is simple yet full of flavor — they don’t even have a menu, just two noodle options: beef or chicken, with a choice of spicy or not. The rice noodles are smooth, and the beef broth has a pleasant natural sweetness. The beef bone is one of my favorites — tender, juicy, and satisfying — and the beef balls are delicious as well. Overall, everything is nearly perfect, though the price has gone up a bit over the past two years, from $17 to $19 for the beef noodles. ”

“ Definitely a Vietnamese local hot spot! This place is cash only and has only 2 menu items: chicken pho and beef pho (~$20 each). I opted for the chicken pho which was massive! It was large enough to share between 2 people. The chicken was a bit hard to eat given it was both white and dark meat on the bone. But the flavour of the broth was creamy and delicious! The service was very fast but be prepared to wait in line outside even though they have plenty of spots inside. ”

“ Best tasting Pho place in Vancouver - Authentic and tasty Specially with the chunk of meat/bones is the best. I suggest ordering spicy beef , so yummy! They only have 2 options, chicken or beef Street parking available. Waiting could be longer if you have more than 2 people. Always busy here ”

“ Staff was kind and friendly, always busy, also quality of food really good! I ordered beef pho. Taste of broth was really deep, noodle was so chewy and beef was so delicious, I personally recommend to put more sriracha if you want to enjoy noodle and beef. It was really good experience to visit there and I willing to go there again. ”

“ Hole in the wall pho restaurant ran by a super nice owner and friendly staff. The chicken pho is the way to go and I would even argue they deserve a Michelin star for the consistency of their broth and fresh chicken that they use every weekend. They run out quick on weekends and prepare for a wait if you come after 1 pm. The special spicy beef pho is also recommended if you don’t like chicken pho. It’s my favourite pho restaurant in town. Also recommend the Vietnamese ice coffee, it’s one of the most authentic Vietnamese ice coffee in town! ”

“ They only provides two types of food: chicken pho and beef pho, but the beef pho has spicy option. They only open 4 hours at noon time. Cash only. Environment not good, but quite busy. I came at 2pm, they only had beef pho available, and I order the spicy one. I was told bean sprouts and basil were run out too. The beef meat was not a little dried, and meat portion was small, but the soup base was very good, sour and mild spicy, tasted like beef tom yum soup. Price was not cheap, but still affordable $18.50 for one pho. ”
